“Ecosistemes” Menu
The menu ‘Ecosistemes’ at fine-dining restaurant Moments is structured according to different biomes, i.e. dishes usually combine ingredients that can be found in close proximity in nature, e.g. at a certain depth in the ocean. The menu was only available for a limited period of time.
